DELIVERY RATES
IRELAND & UK
Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE on orders of £15 or over to anywhere in Ireland. Orders under £15, are charged at £3.00 per order, when paying in euro the price will be automatically updated.
EUROPE and INTERNATIONAL
Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE on orders of £30 or over to anywhere in Europe or the rest of the world. Orders of under £30, are charged at £9.50 for delivery, per item, when paying in euro the price will be automatically updated.
Delivery rates can be subject to change
Delivery is via An POST, POST OFFICE, Parcel Post (home addresses) or Fastway (business addresses). The order is usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment / acceptance of order received, within the Island of Ireland. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you of such, and either place the product on back-order for later delivery, or reimburse you the price of the product, whichever suits you.
Orders can be paid either by Euro or by Sterling, when checking out both options will be available to you.
International orders may be paid by international money order or by credit card. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders.
RETURNS
Size and colour exchanges are accepted as long as the product is new and still has the tags on it. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Returns should be sent using insured Parcel Post only.

- If merchandise is defective, send the product back to Gaelic Direct with a note describing the problem with the product and your preference of a refund or exchange.
- If we have made a mistake on your order, we will reimburse your return surface shipping fee with a Credit Note/Voucher. - For faster service, please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your customer number explaining any necessary instructions. - All returns are courteously processed as soon as practical. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Refund cheques will be mailed.
The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
- Save the item and its packaging.
- Notify us immediately and we will advise you how to proceed.
PRICING AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.
- All goods are priced in Sterling, and include VAT.
